Default 1976 23ft Center console

Hate to do it but I need to sell this boat. It's a 1978 23 footer with a Mercruiser 350/alpha 1 that runs good. I'm the second owner. Solid floor, transom and stringers. NO bottom paint, original gel coat. It has been kept in rack storage and on a lift its whole life, no trailer.
Asking $4800 obo.
Call Jeff for all the details @ 239-671-1512 day or 239-541-1574 night.Email: [email protected] for pictures as I dont know how to add pics to the ad

I'm going to take some more pics this weekend.
The engine is raw water cooled. It was rebuilt 7 years ago and only has about 25 hrs on the rebuild from what I was told by the previous owner, It wasent run much due to his health problems. I did compression test and all the cylinders were around 145psi. As far as electronics go it has a new Northstar Explorer 443s depth/fishfinder, Uniden MC535 vhf with a new antenna and a old JVC stereo;

I added 75 pictures at www.photobucket.com/23seacraft Thanks for everyones interest.
This is Not a turn key and go fishing boat right now. It needs some TLC. It does run, however please keep in mind it has not been used for several years. I got it running to move it to my house.
I ran it today and it seems to be heating up,possible circulating pump?manifolds? One riser gets hot the other one stays cool.
I bought this boat about 4 months ago with the intent of pulling the I/O and installing a bracket and outboards to replace my 20 seacraft. The reallity is right now I'm not financial able to support this project.
I also wanted to add that while I was standing on the swim platform taking pics I noticed that there was some slight flex were the platform brackets are attached to the transom. I did have the engine out to replace the y pipe and the transom was solid around the drive plate.
Please feel free call me with any questions 239-671-1512 or 239-541-1574.
Thanks,Jeff
