Default Production list

Does anyone have a production list for the potter hulls? I have a 79' Savage that originally had a jack shaft. I am curious how many were made? Thanks

Scroll down in the Literature/Articles section and you'll find in the asterisk section that you apparently own the only jack shafted Savage ever made. Congratulations!

Is it still jack shafted or did you convert it?

Here's a link to the production page

It now has a bracket. I have been trying to sell it for a while. I am thinking about keeping it, and returning it to original. Seems like if there was only one made, that's the thing to do. Thanks for the info.

Do it for your own pleasure. Returning it to original will not make it any more valuable.

There is a reason old Corvettes are worth more than old AMX's

I guess you miss read my meaning. Having a low number production does not mean that a boat...car...or airplane is worth more.

Nor does it mean you should not do it, but do it because you want to.

I bet jack shafted would give a really good ride in a 23
