Default Use or sell

I have the original cooler seat that came with the boat.
It is missing the 2 legs and the cross member for the backrest but that can be made fairly easily.

My question is do I use this set up (it doubles as a cooler or storage and even a fish box) or do I sell it and go with a leaning post with storage under the pad?

Actually I had one in the 18 and loved it, used it as a fish box but it worked great with the flip back for trolling. The bow box is a pain to use for fish usually and I think you would need an onboard icemaker, I think a 5 gal bucket would hold ice longer LOL

PS having the back flipped forward and having the GF kinda drive was perfect for backseat driving-just say'in

Jorge

Go with the leaning post, you'll be happier. I have one of those cooler seats off a '73. I think you remember seeing it by the pool full of beer at the get together in 05
