New? or Previously Loved? Trailerable?

Hi Father,
Thanks for responding! Heard you had moved. Loved for a previous loved boat, doesn't need much of anything, non trailerable, lines like old cigarette, performer, etc.

The first boat that comes to mind is a Bertram 31. To go smaller the wahoo mentioned, or there was a lapstrake Chris Craft that always caught my eye. I think both of these were single engine.
I just fished on a Morgan a few weeks ago. It was about 29 feet. It was built in Fla. part of a commertial line of boats.

How about finding 25 Bertram moppie or hardtop and converting to cc. Could keep twin I/O or convert to outboard with bracket
Would give you the cuddy and a fine seaworthy vessel.

Not twins and you`ll have to make a cuddy.

How about an early 27' Magnum?
Or a (rare) twin inboard early 30' Cigarette?
Or finally, how about a Tempest 32' (32' inboards were only made in '87-'89, and came with surface piercing propulsion system. The propeller shafts exited the transom, and the rudders were mounted on brackets about 2' behind the transom)

Hard to find but the best option to fit the 2x inboard w/ small cc is the 27' blackfinn (like contender fish around) There was on for sale in Stuart ( 2x yanmars) not too long ago. Search 27' blackfinn 1997-1999 to locate. I have it on my search for yacht world and boat trader but none have come up in over a year. There is one in Ft Pierce w/ 2x outboards too but not currently for sale .

Another great option is the Mirage MFG 32'. Some came with 2x volvo I/O diesels and the 34' model had a bracket and 2x outboards.

The Mirage has a great set up with a full (sleeps 4) cabin, stand up head, full walk around, huge fuel capacity and trailerable to boot.

I don't know what the budget is like, but you might want to look down this road. CC w/ small cuddy pushed by twin Cummins 330's. Good luck.
