Default model deference

What is the difference between a Sceptre 23 & Tsunami, was looking at a 23 on route 47 in Dennis Twp, NJ. yesterday 75 redone in 2007 with twin 150's on the stern didnt say what model but looked like Sceptre with windshield and small cabin

Potter had to change the name from Tsunami to Sceptre because there was another boat company named Tsunami that was threatening to sue, sometime in mid-70's. Only the name was changed as far as I know.
