Default my new seacraft

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know I'm a new owner and new to this web site. Just picked up a '74 20SF w/2001 merc 150 on it. (and yes a rebuilt transom) I'm located in old Lyme, CT and fish in long island sound. First trip out I caught a 28" doormat fluke! Boat is in great shape next year need to blast off the 1000 coats of boat paint and re gel coat the inside, hull is perfect. I'm sure you'll be getting a bunch of dumb questions that you've already answered a 100 times! see pic.

Very nice, and welcome to the site.Lots of good people and good info here.
Just took the ferry to my sons on LI. Went from New London to Orient Point, saw a lot of boats out fishing.Had one come by close enough to see the Seacraft name on it with my binouculars. It was an older Sceptre.
For you LI sound guys, how long of a ride is it accross from New London to LI.at a reasonable speed?
