Default Back from the Bahamas

Made it home from a great trip to the Abacos, I figured I would share a video. Lots of fishing and some diving. The weather was pretty bad for the crossing and first couple of days but later in the week it got real nice. We crossed in 4-6 or worse due to a breakdown in the AM delaying our departure and then a couple of pretty nasty storms showed up that we had to push through. The seacraft did its job and we were able to maintain a pretty straight course into Walkers. We did not find many monster grouper this year, but the Queen Snapper bite made up for it. Anyway, enjoy....

If I can find some time in Sept and the weather is nice I may run over to West End for a weekend if anyone wants to join in on the fun.

Nice fish! Looks like you put Dave's lead to good use! How deep were you dropping for those fish?

We did put the lead to good use, lucky this trip the Sharks were not as plentiful as they were last year, a few around but they let us keep more lead this time. We picked up the queens in 1200' or so on some grouper numbers I have. A few grouper were around but not the big ones we normally get. Funny was when I went in to my yellow eye area late in the week, we got some grouper.

Its something on my end when I loaded the vid on you tube. I do not know how to enable it for mobile phones. I can't see it on my phone either. I tried to fix it, but I must catch fish better than I can configure you tube videos.
