Sorry I haven't replied, I've been in the dry tortugas for a week and a half. It is a small custom Bimini / T-Top that mounts directly to the handrail surrounding the console. It is really slick and easily removed for fly fishing. No company name but it was made in Tampa, fl. Any good Bimini top company should be able to make one.
