Default Scupper and baitwell sleeves for 20 ft CC 1974 SF

I am about tho take my 20 ftt CC to the shop for a repower and the subject came up regarding the scupper (downward) and baitwell sleeves probably needing attention. Since I am mooring my boat this is an important issue for me since I assume any fault in the sleeve integrity, compromises the hull by allowing water directly into the bilge. I assume the forward baitwell drain sleeve gets more torque flex than the rear scuppers. The prior owner informed me that he had addressed the scupper sleeves just recently and the job looked top notch and professional with very nice flair. He indicated the baitwell sleeve should be attended to however.
My question is wheteher there is a preferred and successful method for dealing with this issue so that I can have a basic informed discussion about it with my shop? My shop informs me they have experience in dealing with the issue but I am most interested in the reports from CSC as to how to address it.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Do a search for "leaking scuppers and baitwell drains". There are many posts on the subject! Replacing the baitwell drain is a much easier repair than the scuppers.
