last year about spring time.. to early summer I beileve .. I saw an Ice blue, i think , Seacraft about 23 ft pass by me on hwy 390 or saint andrews blvd. which ever you prefer.. I would really like to know who 's boat that was. The reason was the vents on the side of his boat. .. I really would like to know the style of vents those were.. If anybody on here was in panama city fl. last year or knows the guy or gal who owns the boat.
