Click on the drop down on the paper clip icon when you are in the reply window and another window will open with a browse bar. Click browse then it will allow you to search your computer files to find the file where your pictures are stored on your computer. After you click the pictures you want to add and they appear in the window then click the upload button. It will say uploading please wait or something like that. Then once they are uploaded or it says complete you will have to click back to the window you were first in (that the text goes in when you reply) to get it back active. Then reclick on the paper clip again and now a drop down item will say manage attachments and below that it will list out the files or pictures you up loaded. (Make sure you place your cursor where you want the picture to appear before selecting the file) Then click the one you want or at the bottom it should say add all or select all. Once you click the file now the pictures will appear where the cursor was left before you selected it and will show as image code but when you click "submit reply" at the bottom of the reply window the page up dates and it will show as the picture.

You can also add it to some hosting site like photo bucket and then copy the image code and paste it to your reply and it will show up also.
