Default 23' Seacraft Center Console Straight Inboard (1976 Potter Built)

PayPal Transaction ID:883164937E8168924

Unique 1976 Potter Built 23' Seacraft with straight inboard "Marine Power" 350/330hp gas engine (well under 1,000 hours) allowing a 22 knot cruise. The tanks were replaced with two newer 44 gallon aluminum tanks each with separate fuel filters and gauges. Transmission is a bullet proof "Borg Warner Velvet Drive" 71C 1.5:1 ratio direct drive. Exhaust system is in excellent condition.

The doghouse was custom built and is as solid as a rock including Morse Controls and newer steering wheel with suicide knob. The entire doghouse is mounted on hinges that allow it to be tilted forward for complete access to the engine. Electronics include Furuno 26 mile radar, a Standard horizon CP-1000 Sounder/GPS combo and a standard Horizon VHF with 8' Shakespeare antenna. It is equipped with Taco (top-gun style) 15' aluminum outriggers, 4 LD Marine swivel base rod holders, 4 Lee rod holders in the gunwales and downrigger swivel bases. The boat has a new Rule 1200 gph bilge pump as well as Bennett Trim Tabs (one new actuator last year).

The transom and decks are super strong (one small hatch could use a bit of work). The boat has a 8'0" beam, 28" draft, 20 degree dead-rise and weighs 2,650#'s (without engine).

Comes with a 6 year old Venture Bunk Trailer with new hubs last year (tires have minimal wear).

Top of the line products used in annual maintenance (spring and fall of each year). In addition, last year a new starter was installed as well as shift cables.

Selling only because I picked up the exact same boat (w/ T-Top instead of Doghouse).

Asking $19,900
Located just south of Boston

Please email or post any questions.

WOW!! Very nice! The guy I bought my SeaCraft from had one of these inboards hulls in his yard with a new Yanmar diesel he had just installed to improve his fuel mileage over the old carbed OMC he had on the boat I bought. I always thought this is the perfect small grouper boat for the west coast of Florida. Good luck, I'm thinking it won't last long at that price!!

Adjusted the price from $23k to $19,900. Starts on first crank, engine was just gone through...new plugs, fluids, filters and starter.

Appreciate it Zendora and John...she's found a new homeport in Connecticut. New owner is super fired-up for it's next chapter.
