Default Transom height

Any idea what year did they raise the transom height from a 20in to 25? For the 20footers

I have a 1982 20ft so mine needs a 25in midsection ?

Get a tape measure and measure it! If it's a 20" transom you need a 20" engine. 25" transom you need........

A 25" shaft should work.
