Default 1986 23’ seacraft walkaround

Anyone know size of fuel tank? How many gallons? I think it’s 96”x 27” but don’t know depth or configuration. Any help greatly appreciated!

I replaced the original tank in my 1988 23WA with a new tank of the same dimensions. The new tank is labeled 115 gallons.

Thanks for responding. Do you know the depth of tank and who built it? I guess I will have remove bridge deck to pull tank or were you able to slide it out?

Thanks

I’m replacing the transom on mine. Decided to go in from the inside because I wanted to pull the tank as well. Cut the last 20” of cap off which made access to the tank much easier. Not sure if you can pull it without a little deck surgery. The angle might be too tight if pulling it out from the hatch. Whichever way you go, blast the foam out with a good pressure washer - makes it much easier to pull. Capt Lloyd might have better advise. Good luck.

Sunshine Welding in Port Canaveral built my tank, sorry I don't recall the depth of the tank. I cut out the motor well in order to remove the old tank. And there is a bulkhead at the aft end of the tank that I removed. Good luck!
