Default New York Harbor Cruise

Howdy: I was fortunate to spend the evening last night on a friend's boat in New York Harbor and it was quite the evening. I thought some of you would appreciate the photos, because we got a ringside seat for the practice runs for the SailGP regatta.
Tonight and tomorrow, the SailGP foiling catamarans (that were in the last America's Cup) will be racing in New York Harbor for one stop on a world tour. Speeds up to 60 mph, and foiling at 10 knots - pretty amazing. The megayacht I was on - the Arabella - is pretty amazing, too - it is a 157 foot three masted sailing yacht, and the flagship of the Manhattan Yacht Club. Info on the yacht is here: https://arabellalifestyle.com/ and SailGP is here: https://sailgp.com/races/new-york/

One of those "only in New York" moments that a sailor can usually only dream about. But I was privileged to be there, and grateful for a magical evening.
