Default Professionally renovated 1988 23cc

Not a potter, however very clean 1988 23? SeaCraft. Renovation took place little over ten years ago and is trailer kept undercover after every use. When acquired the boat was very dirty and in need of cosmetic repairs but no structural issues. All work performed (by Renovators Yacht Co. St. Pete) was for improved function and cosmetics.
Removed and relocated the in floor livewell to above deck in front of the console. This now gives additional storage and access to bilge, pumps & valves. Relocated rear transom hatch access from top to front (things now stay dry). Created additional in hull storage in front of console. Also raised deck drains 1? and are now glassed in pvc (no more hose & clamps).
New items at the time excluded; 75gal. Fuel cell, wiring, gauges, flush mount helm, seastar steering, on board battery charger (replaced 2yrs ago), lenco trim taps, Gemlux deck hardware, bait well pump & seacock, under gunwale LED lighting, Bluetooth stereo w/ under gunwale mounted speakers (no holes drilled for speakers).
Garmin 5208 series GPS/plotter (replaced 4yrs ago) with thru hull transducer.
Boat was painted topside & hull w/ Awlcraft 2000, topside still in great shape w/ perfect non-skid, hull has cosmetic blemishes as could be expected.
Powered by 2002 Yamaha 225 fuel injected ox66 w/ approx. 500 hrs, in exceptional shape w/ no issues and current service.
Sale also includes tandem axle Tropic trailer w/ brand new torsion axles & hubs.
$24,500

I remember, good gathering. Also had the opportunity to meet Mr. Mosley at that one. I was on this site a fair amount back then, learning more about Seacraft.
Couldn?t remember my password so had to rejoin to put the boat up.

Thank you.
I prefer Bimini for extra shade, plus t-top won?t make it under the house where boat is stored.
